I ricercatori hanno scoperto che mangiare noci ogni giorno come parte di una dieta sana è associato ad un aumento di alcuni batteri che possono aiutare promuovere la salute intestinale. Inoltre, i cambiamenti nei batteri intestinali sono risultati associati a miglioramenti in alcuni fattori di rischio per le malattie cardiache.</description>
